Wonderfull stay from April 10 to April 13. Our group of 14 people were delighted to spend these 3 days in this exceptional hotel in downtown Kochi. Staff is attentive; Rooms are very comfortable. Food is refined and copious, well representative of India at its best. The architecture of the building is well adapted to the country and its climate with a swimming pool on the roof having a comlete viex over old Fort Cochin.

We had a wonderful stay at Fragrant Nature. The room was lovely - very large and clean, staff very helpful. As mentioned in other reviews the location feels a little bit out of the way from the main Fort Kochi, but good tuk tuk tour from outside hotel. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but had some snacks by the pool and at our room which were all very good and good breakfast with lots of variety. Loved the rooftop pool watching the eagles 🦅

Great location, great staff, excellent accommodation and facilities. Loved our room. A couple of suggestions for improvement are; 1. Would prefer an inside dining option for dinner due to a weather issue we had, public speaker noise and mosquitoes. Maybe an enclosed dining area on level 10 so we had the option. 2. The Islamic calling to prayer speakers became excessively noisy for long periods and frequency. TV reception was very poor, worked sometimes and not others. Whilst the rooms are lovely and the staff on reception were super, the same cannot be said for the service at the restaurant. There was no cold water available and it took 45 minutes for my wine to appear. The food was delicious but the experience wasn’t great; perhaps they are being complacent.
